Freedom Project Bonus Episode and New Promo Video
Freedom, a 6 part OVA project commissioned by Nissin Cup Noodles in 2006, is getting a bonus episode. Bandai USA has announced that the extra episode will be released in Japan in January 2008 after the sixth installment.
And check out this promotional video for the third english installment which is scheduled to be released in early December.

The second season for Gunslinger Girl will begin airing by January 2008. The series is based on the manga by Yu Aida, about some orphaned girls who’s bodies were ‘upgraded’. Also the organization who enhanced them are also controlling them. So yes be very excited for season 2, I bet you can’t wait.
Turns out that Funimation only put out a few DVD’s this month. The company took a bit of a break and only put out some new DVD’s. As of this tuesday the following anime will be coming out:
Hey guess wat DBZ fans? In the summer of 2008 it has been confirmed by Twentieth Century Fox that a live version will be on the big screen by August of 2008. Justin Chatwin(known for his part angsty son in “War of the Worlds”2005) will be playing the part of Goku and James Marsters(played ‘Spike’ in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”) playing the ‘villain’ Picollo. The movie will be taking different elements from ‘Dragonball’ and ‘Dragonball Z’ instead of showing everything that had happened from Goku’s childhood until he became a Saiyan warrior. James Kyson Lee(from TV series “Heroes”) is trying to audition for the part of Yamcha.
Daily Yomiuri newspaper did a english translation of an interview that originally took place on November 9 of this year. The interview was with the manga creator Monkey Punch -(see picture)… Lupin III was one of his works for those who don’t know. The interview was about his recent art exhibition of his original artworks at the Saitama Municipal Manga Hall in Japan.
According to Animax, Sguy and the Family Stone anime movie will be released on February 16, 2008 in Toho owned theaters throughout Japan. The anime movie is a spin-off of the
Alisa Mizuki will star a live action television series adaptation of Yua Oda’s Saito-san manga which is scheduled to premier on January 9, 2008.
An anime adaptation of the popular manga Vampire Knight is going to begin soon. The popular manga by Matsuri Hino is about vampires who renounced their murderous ways and the humans that protect them.
